AUDUBON PARK, Henderson, Ky., "June 24. — The stewards here today issued the following: ruling dated June 22: "Apprentice Fred Van Skyke is suspended 10 days June 25 to July 4, inclusive for careless riding in the ninth race on June 22, 1957." FLEASANTON, Calif., June 25.— The stewards issued the following rulings here Monday: "For failure to bring the horse Sickle Jimmy to the receiving barn for the fifth race of June 22, 1957, which resulted in the scratching of the horse, trainer Faul Nolan is fined the sum of 5. "For not keeping his mount straight, thereby causing interference which resulted in a disqualification while riding Moon Cat in the fourth race of June 22, 1957, jockey William Hunt is suspended for five racing days commencing Monday, June 24; through Friday, June 28, 1957. During the period of his suspension jockey William Hunt is permitted to exercise horses."
