VICI ADMIRAL lost no time in getting to the front and, racing as if clearly best, was never in danger. LATEZIA displayed a fair measureof speed and held PARTIQUINA all through the stretch. The latter made a courageous run through the stretch in a good effort. TREMOR seemed to be in tight quarters on the inside around the far turn. OTOMANA began slowly and was outrun to the stretch, then came fairly well. GRECIAN AYR was off poorly and had little chance. Overweight— Vici Admiral, 3 pounds; Nival, 3. MANASSAS was rated close lo the pace of INNISHOWEN to the stretch, .then went to the front to open up a good lead and win under hand hustling. BLUE CHOIR trailed early but made a strong run through the stretch and was gaining slightly. INNISHOWEN showed good form in setting the pace and held on fairly well. BLUE VOLT moved up nearing the stretch turn but lacked his usual finishing strength. BERNBURGOO failed to offer a serious threat. DOG MOORMAN went to the front at once and, after setting the pace under steady rating, pulled out in the stretch to be -an easy winner. BLUE DAGGER was always well up and oested FARO BANK narrowly in the final drive. FARO BANK raced on virtually equal terms with BLUE DAGGER throughout and just missed second place. COBBER failed to offer a threat although finishing well. NIRAL made a promising move nearing the stretch turn and then faltered. JUST JUDY was always outrun.
