. Gallant Man and Bold Ruler Breeze Half at Belmont JAMAICA, L. I., N. Y., May 2.— Ralph Lowes Gallant Man and Wheat-ley Stables Bold Ruler monopolized the spotlight at Belmont Park this morning when each worked a half , mile. Gallant Man was not asked for anything: in the way of high speed while breezing alqng in :52 but Bold Ruler, well-legged up, completed his task in :47fs and was only breezing. Gallant Man had his trial over the .Belmont training track while Bold Rulers drill was on the main strip. Both Belmont courses were fast.
