Hartack Set Two Records STANTON, Del., May 2.— Willie Hartack, Americas champion jockey, set two records at Delaware Parks 1957 meeting. He won five stakes events, which included a sweep of the quarter-million-dollar "Distaff Big Three" races — the Oaks, New Castle and Delaware Handicap. c
