Commission Rulings Rerorted to Daily Racing Form BALTIMORE, Md.. May 2. — The Maryland Racing Commission today revealed that Salvatore J. Cicero had been restored to good standing after having served approximately 8V£ years of .a 10-ycar suspension. The action came following a request- by Ciceros attorney. Cicero, Baltimore owner-trainer, had his license revoked following a positive stimulation report on the horse Rough Ordy on November 8, 1919. lie was subsequently ruled off and denied the privileges of all tracks.
