Present Plaque to Silberman As Racings Father of Year THISTLEDOWN, North Randall, Ohio, June 11. United States Senator Tom Burke of Ohio, will present Saul Silberman with a scroll on Saturday morning at 11 a. m. in Room 2507 Terminal Tower building. Silberman has been named "Racings Father of the Year" by the National Fathers Day committee. The scroll reads, "To Saul Silberman, president of Tropical Park, Randall Park and Painesville Raceway, for constructive contributions to the sport of racing. We hereby award this citation," signed National Fathers Day Committee. Burke, who was mayor of Cleveland for many years before being appointed to the Senate to fill the term of the late Robert Taft, was voted the "Baby Sitter of the Year" several years ago.
