STATISTICS FOR FAIR PARK Dallas Meeting Successful Despite . Long" Run of Bad Weather. Many Owners Share in Prize Distribution of 08,780 Deperlni Heads list; of Riders. - i , Fair Park at Dallas, Texas, was not blessed by the elements during its twenty-one day meeting from April 25 to May 18; but had- a successful meeting despite the adverse conditions which prevailed, almost daily. A total . of 08,780 was distributed among the winning owners for a daily average of ,180. That the money prizes were shared in by a great many owners may be judged from the fact that the leading owner, the. Lone Star Stable, headed the list with winnings of ,745. Lotofus, with a total of ,240, was the most successful gleaner among the horses. E. Deperini, with a brilliant final week, finished with top- honors among the jockeys, riding twenty-six winners during the meeting. Ed Haughton saddled ten winners and led the trainers.
