ALTAWOOD DESTROYED LEXINGTON, Ky., May 27. It is learned here that the stallion Altawood, which was purchased recently by the Remount Service, had to be destroyed upon his arrival at Fort Reno, Okla. The horse was suffering from a bone disease, an autopsy revealed.
