1 WASHINGTON PARK NOTES $ With every stall at Washington Park occupied, any additions to the stables participating in the Homewood meeting will be directed to Lincoln Fields. Mondays arrivals at the latter Crete course increased to almost 200 the number of horses there. Horses registered at Washington Park number close to 800, with 133 trainers represented, according to the registrations. As injuries he suffered while under colors here Saturday included a fractured bone in his right fore ankle, Epaulet had to be destroyed. He was owned by Phil Reuter. Mrs. R. Lynchs Chief Geronimo and Fair Boy, formerly trained by L Meripol, have been taken over by T. H. Lynch. They are at Lincoln Fields. E. C. Dobson, with the two-year-olds Onslaught, Outwit and Onwentsia, owned by Clara S. Nusbaum, is at Lincoln Fields. Onslaught is a son of Sir Peter, while Judge Hay sired the two others, which are fillies. Indian Salute is the only horse R. N. Vestal shipped north from Texas. He is stabled at Lincoln Fields. The L. Beyda stable" R. T. Watts has here consists of Joe Flores, Easy Sailing, Irish Wake, No Saint, Masketier and Almaha. The latter two are juveniles. Thistle, a two-year-old daughter of Old Slip and Flora McFlimsey, and the older Thistle-Ress, property of George Collins, and J. N. Croftons Tug O War and Quiver are among the horses M. W. Buck is training. Buck is racing Eternal Flash, Thistle Air and Miss Petrina for his own account. Trainer L. Meripol had Jack Newmans Jeffrey and Miss Grace Stonesifers Ducas-ter and Cordarrone, all two-year-olds, transferred from Aurora Sunday. George Neal, with Seths Ballot and Hustling Time, owned by J. J. Butler, vanned from the same track Monday morning. The Hickory Farm Stable, consisting of Bar Play, Light Nun and Montaris, and in charge of J. D. Larkin, also moved over from the Fox Valley Jockey Club course. Hambla Bauer, daughter of H. A. Bauer, California horseman, has made application for a trainers license under the Illinois Racing Commission. Platinum Blonde, owned by her father, is the only horse Miss Bauer has at this time. Albert Sabaths Dans Brother and M. Kel-lehers Magic Maid, Golden Moments and Fall Blaze were unloaded at Washington Park by trainer J. C. McAuliffe. They wintered at Dr. J. M. Kaisers farm near Lake Forest, 111. Mrs. W. Webers Shirley B. and Macks Pal and A. and H. Lederers High Power, Miss Blanche, Full Fling and Lady Camilla go to Lincoln Fields from Aurora. The Cooksey and Helm trio, consisting of Wee Emma, Canteron and Mae Luby, also is assigned stalls at the Crete track. W. Taylor and W. Fronk, former jockeys who have been training the past several months, arrived from Texas, where Taylor raced some of the J. D. Spreckels HI. horses, and Fronk several for his own account. D. Brammer, .one of the leading apprentices, reported at Washington ParkMonday morning. He was very successful in the saddle at Aurora. Among the jockeys already on hand at Washington Park are: E. Rollins, J. Strong H. Tinker, R. Tilden, J. Westrope, H. West and G. Woolf. H. Guy Bedwell, here for the first time in several years, has thirteen for A. C. Comp-ton and F.,R. Long of California, and two for Harry Murdock. Ten two-year-olds, headed by Seven Pines and Dnieper, which campaigned with much success at Churchill Downs, and the three-year-old Chance Dame make up the division of the J. E. Widener and Mrs. P. A. B. Widener stable here. D. E. Stewart is the trainer. George Clark, owner of the Rosedale Stable, is here for an indefinite stay. His stable at Washington Park includes five three-year-olds and six juveniles. William H. Hurley, trainer of the division of the E. R. Bradley stable here, may personally escort the crack three-year-old fillies Black Helen and Bloodroot to Belmont Park, where they will try to score another one-two triumph for the master of Idle Hour Farm in the Coaching Club American Oaks to be run Saturday. They are scheduled to leave Wednesday. Bamboo and Jascha, purchased out of the A. B. Gallaher estate sale at Louisville, and Gov. Laffoon, Judge Newman and Bonnie Princess, all owned by J. N. Mannheimer, Chicago sportsman, are at Washington Park under trainer Jack Hanover.
