RACER. MAEOONED DIES LEXINGTON, Ky., May 27. Leo J. Marks Marooned, five-year-old bay gelding by Whiskalong Hazel Spears, by Drastic, died last night at Le Mar Stock Farm, the result of lung ailment contracted in shipping from Dallas, Texas, May 17. The horse was insured. He was the best handicap horse in the stable.
