AZTJCAR GIVEN TOP WEIGHT . DETROIT, Mich., May 27. Fred M. Alger, Jr.s Azucar, winner of the 00,000 added Santa Anita Handicap, was assigned the top weight of 128 pounds for Thursdays ,000 added Col.
