The first Graded Handicap of the Chicago season in reality, a set of Graded Handicaps is scheduled for running as the feature of Wednesr days card, and racing secretary Charles McLennan expects to have the divisions and weights ready for posting by 10 oclock Tuesday morning. Three Graded Handicaps, all at six furlongs, will be run Wednesday. The horses that will race in them are entered as for one race, however, and the splitting of the entries into grades A, B and C is at McLen-nans discretion. Some fifty horses were named, for this first Graded Handicap, ranging from good handicap performers down to platers of the better sort. They are being divided into fields of approximately equal size, and the three races will then be weightd just as ordinary handicap events are.
