DERBY MOUNT FOR WESTROPE LATONIA, Ky., June 9 Under the rules of the Kentucky Racing Commission, which provides that a suspended jockey may ride out his stake engagements, Jackie Westrope, who drew a lengthy suspension at Churchill Downs, is eligible to pilot Mrs. W. H. Fursts Over The Top in the Latonia Derby Saturday.
