TO MEET AT SARATOGA NEW YORK, N. Y June 9. John Sloan, vice-president of the National Association of State Racing Commissioners and member of the New York State Racing Commission, is preparing an elaborate program for the mid-summer convention of state racing commissions, which will be held at Saratoga Springs. In order to make arrangements for suitable accommodations, Mr. Sloan has issued a notice urging all commissioners who plan to attend the August session at the Spa to notify secretary Thomas Underwood, Lexington, Ky., as soon as possible.
