t SUFFOLK DOWNS TURF NOTES i e Lou Smith announced his dates for the Kings Park meeting in Montreal. The Quebec oval -will open August 21 and continue until September 6. Jockey Joe OMalley made the trip from Springfield on a motorcycle to be on hand to ride Third Party in the Betsy Ross Stakes. The string of Curtis M. Willock, en route from California, is in charge of trainer H. L. Hill and are due to arrive at Rockingham Park Friday. George Alexandra wired from Toronto reserving stalls at Rockingham Park for fifteen head. Jockey Paul Kefover, contract rider for fee stable, is accompanying the shipment Which includes Torolee, Wiggle In, Plucky Jack, Wing Spread, Dark Friend, Bragger,; The Wink, Altobank, Table Stakes and Jockide. George Arvin unloaded his stable of eleven head at Rockingham Park. The good sprinter Wise Prince is the star of the string. The shipment came from New York. C. A. Calhoun arrived at Suffolk Downs with the platers Ashen and Grandee M. They were shipped from Agawam.
