WESTROPES SUSPENSION ENDS HOMEWOOD, HI., June 14. Jockey Jack Westrope, whose twenty-day suspension received at Churchill Downs expires today, will return to the saddle at Washington Park Tuesday. By special permission from . the Latonia stewards, he was permitted to ride Mrs. W. H. Fursts Over the Top in the Latonia Derby last Saturday.
