FAIRMOUNT REORGANIZATION MEETING TO BE HELD TODAY ST. LOUIS, Mo., June 14. Stockholders of 10,000 of the 12,000 shares of the Fair-mount Jockey Club, Coliinsville, 111., today authorized the sale of all of the personal property of the race track and voted to give the officials, including R. E. Costello, East St. Louis attorney, who is trustee, the right to take whatever steps they deem necessary to dissolve the Fairmount club. The personal property consists of desks, chairs, etc. The reorganization meeting will be held tomorrow. It is anticipated that a fall meeting, to be held in September, will be advocated at that time. Last Wednesday, .Costello filed with recorder John Van Hodges of Madison County, Illinois, a need for the certificate of purchase from the American Turf Association, which formerly owned the track and rebought it at a foreclosure sale. The purchase price was not given. Controlling interest in the track was formerly held by Robert Eeddy and Joseph Cata-rinich.
