KID GLOVE sprinted into command at once, was rated along in the lead under steady restraint and -was under mild urging all through the final eighth. BABE GAIETY worked its way forwardly on the outside in the first half mile -then came with a rush through the final quarter mile and was slowly overtaking the winner at the end. SOLID made up ground in the last quarter mile. CUP WINNER worked its way through on the outside early, then came to the inside for the drive, making up ground. RIGHTFOOT tired in the last eighth. SUGAR JAR, well placed throughout, had no excuses. MR. WILDWOOD went evenly. BOBS FIRST quit badly. The latter, a forward factor from the start, closed gamely when placed to pressure in the stretch and just failed to get up. HEY KELLY sprinted into a long early lead, then faltered badly throughout the final quarter mile. PANCOAST went evenly. CARELESS KNIGHT made up ground. METTLE could never threaten. NUNS WAY quit badly. The others were never prominent. ROCK BOUND worked its way up forward steadily on the outside, came with a rush through the final eighth and was under urging at the end to hold off MARSAIL. The latter, slow to settle in its best stride, came fast on the outside through the stretch. RAPID DOON set the pace under urging, then quit badly in the last eighth. CHUCKLER made up ground from a slow start. NOBODYS BABY quit. ENNISMORE lunged to the inside at the head of the stretch and was taken up to avoid hitting the fence. FOURTH RACE 3-1 MILE Out of Chute. SIMOSEE worked its way up on the outside, closed gamely and outfinished BLUE WREN. The latter sprinted into command at once, shook off GENE D. leaving the back stretchy theD faltered in the final eighth. HI-PEGGY moved up with a rush on the inside through the final eighth after a slow start. SASS closed with a rush. BROADCASTER could never threaten. GENE D. quit badly in the last three-sixteenths. COSMIC PRINCE was rated in close attendance of the pace for three-quarters, wore down OSIRIAN in the stretch and, taking command, just failed to last. PRIMBUD closed with a rush in the stretch. OSIRIAN quit badly in the last eighth. CUDGELDOE went evenly, BARBETTE made up ground. ASPERGE tired badly.
