The latter closed much ground to finish fast. KIEVA GIRL closed much ground in the last quarter. PAISANO tired badly in the stretch. ALL DEUCES closed ground gamely under urging and was going well at the end. MY LOUELLEN raced gamely. SWEEP HASTILY was off rather slowly and could never reach the leaders. GRAND SWEEP began slowly. SILVERY CLOUD took a good early lead and was well rated but could not hold the winner. BOON TIME ran her race but was no match for the first two. BAHADUR and MARIOLET seemed outclassed. BABY WRACK lost her chance when she was permitted to lag on the back stretch but made up ground when urged, although racing wide. WAYALOFT quit badly.
