f ROCKINGHAM TURF NOTES . Sir Reg and Bit o Sorrow worked together between the first and second races here Thursday afternoon. Both broke from the barrier. Sir Reg which has been refusing to break, went six furlongs in 1:17. Bit o Sorrow went much faster, completing the distance in 1:14 flat, driving. Geo. Woolf departed for Washington Park, where he will ride Robber Bold Saturday. Jockey Willie Moran arrived from Detroit and was granted a jockeys license by the New Hampshire Racing Commission. E. G. Shaffer arrived from New York to be on hand to tighten the girths on Moon Side, Cleaveland Putnams representative in the Granite State Handicap to be run Saturday at Rockingham Park. Dabson has been engaged to pilot the. gelding. Apprentice P. Schieh who scored a triple at Rockingham Park on Wednesday, is under contract to Ivan Parke. Schieh is a native of Idaho and is .eighteen years of age and rides at 101 pounds. He started his riding career at Bay Meadows. Jockey Eddie Smith left for Delaware to ride the Araho Stable horses at the new track in Wilmington.
