DETROIT TURF NOTES I Miss D. Rosen, sister to jockey Joe Rosen, purchased Earldom from W. D. Hirschen-son, and he ran under the colors of his new owner in the fifth race. "Red" Everest, who has been confined in the Highland Park Hospital for several weeks, was removed to the Eloise Hospital at Wayne, Mich., Wednesday. The fourth issue of condition books was distributed Wednesday afternoon. The Oddesa Farm stable of James Jones will be divided into two divisions, C. Hyde Smith taking eight head to Arlington Park and the others will remain here in charge of Robert Freeman. Ballot Boy was sent to the farm to be turned out until fall. Elmtree Stables Lady. Sybil will be sent to Arlington Park to fill two stake engagements. Jockey Charles Stevenson has been engaged to ride the Millsdale Stables Infantry in the Frontier Handicap. Stevenson will remain here until the close of the meeting, R. Wholey accompanying the Dixiana horses to Arlington Park Sunday. !
