I PUFFERiN PARK TURF NOTES Thomas Clark will journey to London next week to inspect the Queens Park course and supervise the erection of a saliva test box. P. H. Bates, who looks after the workings of the camera employed by the Orpen-Hare interests, will also make the trip for the purpose of installing a. "dark room," etc. The same high speed motion picture camera that proved its worth at Long Branch and Duf-ferin will be used at the London course. With each day the small but attractive blue and gold button, emblem of the Thoroughbred Breeders Association, is becoming more promiscuous. Membership in this organization is rapidly swelling. The Medway Stable disposed of Kawagoe, six-year-old son of Sickle, to D. Primrose at private terms. W. Drinkwater, who trains a large public stable, will ship fen thoroughbreds to Montreal Friday for a campaign of the Quebec circuit. The. shipment will be accompanied by jockey Alfred Nash and apprentice J. Scandrett. The filly D.qrjs, Ramsden, was cut down, so badly in her last start at Tjc-ng Branch that she may have to be destroyed. Howevert every effort is being made to save the three-year-old daughter of Incantation. A number of horses that have no further engagements at Dufferin Park will be shipped to the Hamilton Jockey Club to be on hand for Saturdays opening. At the conclusion of the Dufferin Park meeting racing secretary Pat Galliger will remain here to prepare the condition books for the Queens Park meeting at London, which opens Wednesday, July 21. Jockey E. T. Moore, who had the mount on Clarksdale in the Highweight Handicap Wednesday, was set down for ten days by the stewards for interfering with horses after the break. P. A. Davies purchased the seven-year-old mare Hidden City from Leonard Stroud. X. S. Cleveland arrived here with Mar-yan D. and Fight Back from Beulah Park, CtfumBus, Ohio. He was accompanied by. apprentice J, Trent. Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Hardy and Mr. and Mrs. T. KeUy of Pquce Coupe, B. 0.,, Witnessed their, first days racing when they visited Dufferin .Park on Thursday. Their home is approximately TOO miles north of Edmonton, Alberta.
