PREPARING FAIRMOUNT BOOKS MONTREAL, Que., June 29. Richard A. Leigh, presiding steward on the tracks of the Province of Quebec Racing Association, has completed the condition books for the meeting at Fairmount Park, which opens August 7 and runs until September 4. They have Been sent to the printers in St. Louis and will be ready for distribution among the horsemen in ten days. Leigh acts as racing secretary during the Fairmount meeting and will leave Quebec for that point before the completion of the Ottawa meeting. 4
