FEATURE ELKS HANDICAP ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, HI., June 29. Racing secretary Charles McLennan will name one of the feature races at Arlington Park Wednesday, July 7, the Elks Handicap. Elks Lodges in the Chicago area will send delegations to the north side track that day and in the evening several officials and jockeys will speak before the members of the Evanston Lodee.
