1 I DELAWARE PARK NOTES Jockey Eddie Yager arrived from Latonia and became affiliated with the stable of C. Treantinelli, trained by Claude Hunt. His engagements are being made by Guy Luns-ford who also has F. A. Smith. William DuPont, Jr., is going to Saratoga Wednesday to supervise final work in steeplechase fences at that track. Joe Marinelli was an arrival from Detroit to do the riding for the Cleaveland Putnam stable. Cleaveland Putnam arrived from Chicago where he took Robber Bold to run in the Washington Park Futurity. The colt was injured in his final trial for that event and has been shipped to the Henry H. Knight farm in Kentucky. Ray Bryson came up from Baltimore for the day. He reported that work at the new Belair track is progressing rapidly and that it was decided to install a steeplechase course, the work to be in charge of Louis Leath and Janon Fisher, Jr. One steeplechase race a day will be offered. j
