A complete set of new saddle cloths and head numbers were put into use for Tuesdays sport. Jockey E. Burns was fined 5 by the stewards for crowding horses on the back- stretch with his mount, Big Fish, in the fifth race Monday. Jockey F. Collins was fined 5 for rough riding while astride Taximan in the first race Tuesday.
