BLACK HIGHBROW was in close quarters while racing on the inside in the carly running but came gamely through the stretch. SKY O BLUE was well up from the start, but was tiring at the finish. COSETTE loomed up dangerously around the stretch turn when she saved ground, but she tired near the finish. LT. GREENOCK made up some ground, but was never dangerous. The others could not keep up. GREEN FLAME was permitted to remain far out of contention until too late and failed to rally to punishment. BON HAMBURG quit.
