BOWIE TURF NOTES D. J. Sullivan III. was granted stable room at Havre de Grace and will ship to that point next week. Willie Booth will race out the Maryland season and later proceed to New England for those meetings. Jockey R. Workman accepted mounts here Saturday. Fog and weather conditions kept all south-bound planes on the ground Friday. Workman was to have the mount on Infantry in the Tropical Handicap at the Florida track. C. R. Fleischmann came down from New York to witness his Parmelee T. race in the feature. John F. Curry and Roger McDermott arrived from New York for Saturday afternoons sport. A. G. Vanderbilt was on hand to witness the running of the seven-race program. William Cauffield was among the New Yorkers who witnessed the Spring Handicap. Judge and Mrs. Hamilton of Brooklyn were visitors Saturday afternoon.
