UTAH RECEIVES 21 -YEAR-DEBT WASHINGTON, D. C, April 9. The federal government has decided that it will pay the state of Utah ,201. A check for that sum was mailed to the state treasurer of Utah in 1917, but was lost in the mails and never received. The money comprised the states share from the proceeds of public land sales
