SWEITZER FUNERAL SERVICES. Services were held Saturday morning at Our Lady of Sorrows Church for the late Robert M. Sweitzer, former official of the Washington Park race track and political figure m Cook County for the past quarter of a century. Sweitzer played a prominent part in the formation of the Washington Park Jockey Club and was an enthusiastic racing fan. He served as County Clerk for a number of years and was a candidate for mayor of the city of Chicago at one time. Interment took place at All Saints cemetery
