BREEDERS ASSN OFFICERS TORONTO, Ont., Sept. 30. At the annual meeting of the Thoroughbred Breeders Association, the following officers were elected for 1938-1939: President, George Hardy; Vice-President, James Heffering; Directors, R. W. R. Cowie, Wilfrid Davies, Dr. C. N. Mooney, W. G. Campbell, Frank Gilpin, Dr. McQuay, J. P., and C. Coulter. The three officers elected to the board of the Incorporated Canadian Racing Association were: R. S. McLaughlin, James Heffering and George Hardy.
