IMPROVING JONES CAMERA MIAMI, Fla., Nov. 24. In line with the continual improvement policy established by James J. Jones, whose photograph finish camera now serves twenty-five major race tracks, new innovations will be introduced at Hialeah this meeting that will further popularize the picture machine in determining close races. Jones is perfecting devices that will be of value to placing judges in rendering quick decisions, while a number of technical details will be worked into the camera itself to assure an even greater speed of operation and picture development than already has been obtained.
