ARMSTRONG GETS PARIS OFFER NEW YORK, N. Y., Nov. 30. Eddie Mead, manager of Henry Armstrong, worlds lightweight and welterweight champion, stated Tuesday that an offer of 5,000 had been made to have Armstrong defend his welterweight title against Pedro Montanez, the Puerto Rican fighter, in Paris.
