CONVICTED AS NAZI SPY NEW YORK, N. Y., Nov. 30. Erich Glaser, former army aviation corps private, was found guilty late today of acting as a spy for Nazi Germany. A jury in Federal Court, after more than six hours deliberation on Glasers case alone, returned the guilty verdict shortly after 4 p. m. The jury had previously found Glasers companions, Otto Hermann Voss and Joahanna Hoffman, attractive hairdresser on the liner Bremen, guilty of the spy charges. All three face possible sentence of twenty years in a federal prison. After finding him guilty, the jury recommended leniency in Glasers case.
