AMERICAN LINER DAMAGED HAVRE, France, Dec. 3. A high wind blew the U. S. S. President Harding against the inner breakwater wall here, stoving in the ;sel bow. Damage was unofficially estimated at ,000. Some of the passengers left the ship and continued their journey to Germany by land. Others umained on board the liner, which will sail for Hamburg Sunday. Permanent repairs will be made at the 1 German port. .
