KELLEY VISITS HOUSTON HOUSTON, Texas, Dec. 3 Paul L. Kelley, who races a half dozen horses in his own name and trains two for W. R. Reid of Houston, is in this city on a visit while awaiting the opening of Tropical Park, where he will be engaged after December 17. Kelley, who is a property holder in Houston, owns Cardi-nalis, Shes Right, Prince Drake, Le Miserable, Grape Vine and Distractible.
