THREE "IRON GUARD" SHOT BUCHAREST, Roumania, Dec. 3. Three members of the outlawed "iron guard," pro-Fascist, anti-Semetic organization, who were accused of the attempted assassination of Stephanescu Goanga, dean of Klausenberg University, were shot and killed by authorities today. An official announcement stated that the three men, two of them students and one a physician, were slain while attempting to escape from their prison guards. They were arrested two days ago at Klausenberg on suspicion of attempting to take the life of Goanga. With the announcement, the government issued instructions to authorities to "show no mercy to iron guard terrorists, " According to a Reuter dispatch, Goanga was seriously wounded by his attackers and a policeman was killed when the attempt was carried out on Monday.
