MURDER CHARGE FOR BREADY CHILLICOTHE, Ohio, Dec. 3. Robert Bready, 29, who once fought with the Loyalists in Spain was charged today with first degree murder in the fatal shooting of his father, the Rev. Russell H. Bready, 62, a Methodist minister. Prosecutor Lester Reid said young Bready confessed that he shot his father in Bainbridge "when he attempted to restrain me from taking another drink of liquor." Justice of the Peace Sam G. Briggs, with whom Deputy Sheriff Don Lowery filed the murder charge said Bready will be arraigned Monday. If the justice finds sufficient evidence he will hold Bready for the grand jury.
