HOWARD ENTERTAINS PARTY CHARLES TOWN, W. Va., Dec. 3. A group of twenty-six Washington, D. C. businessmen and sportsmen, including jockey Raymond Workman, are the guests of Al W. Howard at a party to include two days of racing at Charles Town. The party will spend two nights at the nearby Blue Ridge Rod and Gun Club. Mr. Howard has been making this party a feature at each of the meetings at the local track. Among the guests were J. A. Manfuso, Judy Heron, Ed McAuliffe, Ed Brooke, Chat Towers, Lloyd Gaine, Logan Hopkins, Bill Davis, Henry Brosnon, Henry Rodier, Powell Browning, Dorie Gruver, Charles German, James Fitzgerald, Manning Hoffman, John Mclnnery, Martin Mclnnery, Clem Parker, Que Bradley, Jack Brown, Jack Snow, Bert Nye.
