ANGLO-TURKISH AGREEMENT LONDON, England, April 19. A vital move to bring Turkey into the Anglo-French anti-aggression front was revealed today, as Prime Minister Neville Chamberlains cabinet met to discuss the critical European situation. The cabinet members also canvassed the possibility of appointing a minister of munitions. Well-informed sources said such an appointment may be announced shortly as a means of increasing Britains preparedness for war. The munitions minister, if named, would work in close concert in war time with twelve regional "dictators," who, according to a previous announcement, would take care of the nation, should the European crisis result in a general conflict. Success of the Anglo-Turkish negotiations was indicated when it was learned from a reliable British authority that a full Anglo-Turkish agreement was reached at Ankara, late" yesterday. The agreement provides for full military reciprocity between the two nations.
