DODGERS SEND REISER TO FARM BROOKLYN, N. Y., April 19 The Brooklyn Dodgers sent their famous rookie, Pete Reiser, who hammered out plenty of home-runs in spring practice, to their Elmira, N. Y., farm club of the Eastern League. At the same time Durocher announced the signing of George Jeffcoat, a pitcher, to a one-year contract.
