LOOK FOR TRIPLE ENTENTE LONDON, England, June 13.— Informed d observers in Moscow today held out hope ,e that the special mission of William Strang, £ eastern European expert of the British for- r_ eign office, would prove successful, accord- i ing to an Exchange Telegraph dispatch, h. Soviet authorities, it was felt, are ready to o help Strang find a formula for a triple en- i- tente, including France, even if the Baltic ic nations, which Russia wants guaranteed d against aggression, refuse to accept any y pledges. Russia, the message said, will bei content to enter a three-power alliance if : Strang merely agrees in principle to the guarantees.
