Va., many of the horsemen racing their stables at Wheeling plan to ship here. The meeting at the West Virginia course . closes Saturday, while Lancaster opens six IX days later, Saturday, June 24, to continue through Tuesday, July 4. . Robert J. Dienst, president and general . manager of the Lancaster Racing Associ-or £ ation, Inc., is genuinely enthusiastic over f the outlook for the local meeting.
