CONFIRM PONS APPOINTMENT CLEVELAND, Ohio, June 13.— Judge Owen E. Pons, Sr., today received confirmation of his appointment as presiding steward for the nine-day Lancaster, Ohio, meeting, which begins June 24 and ends July 4. Now serving here as associate to judge S. C. Nuchols, he will leave for Lancaster, June 22.
