PATTIE R., well up from the start and strongly handled, responded readily to urging in the last three-eighths, knocked MOISSON off stride at the stretch turn, continued courageously and held the latter safe. MOISSON, never far out of it and reserved off the pace, was forced to lose ground going around horses, suffered by bumping from the winner, but was best of the others. BREVARD worked way up gradually and finished gamely. COME BY CHANCE was rushed into a slight lead quickly, sot the pace under extreme pressure for a half mile, then gave way. DODGE ME; a sharp factor to the final three-sixteenths, gave way thereafter. FLUSH could not keep up. HORLIGH ran out at the far turn. Scratched— 67419 Miss Gohi, 106; 74067 Camille Jock. 105. BLACK RHAPSODY, closer to the pace than usual in the early stages, got through on the inside approaching the final quarter to assume the lead, bore out all through the stretch and just lasted to outstay FLUTTERBY. The latter improved his position gradually under good handling and finished strongly. MISS ROYCE was rushed into the lead soon after the start, continued gamely, but faltered in the drive. ROSE RAY, never far out of it, saved much ground and stumbled near the end. DUCKY D. could not keep up. MAGIC MOON, hard hustled to reach a contending position in the first quarter, tired under pressure. Overweight — Aunt Caddie, 3 pounds. NADINE OMAR, cleverly handled and on the outside to the final quarter, got through on the inside on the turn, responded well to vigorous urging and wore down MISS ETHEL. The latter opened up a good lead soon after the start under rousing tactics and continued gamely when challenged, but could not withstand the winner. PINK GAL besan slowly, was forced wide while working her way up and closed in resolute fashion. NABROJ was well up throughout. TRUE STAR, urged hard from the start, was unable to keep up and failed to respond to punishment in the drive. MISS SONADA had speed for a half mile. The latter forced the pace throughout and continued well under strong hand riding. MERRILY SAN. restrained off the pace and kept on the outside throughout, finished strongly. LAC HA CAROLYN saved ground throughout and held on well. TRYEM moved up with a rush approaching the final quarter, but tired in the drive. VENEER was through after a half mile.
