REDS SIGN CUBAN AGREEMENT CINCINNATI, Ohio, June 15.— General Manager Warren Giles of the Cincinnati Reds announced Wednesday that an agreement has been entered into with the Cuban government whereby his club will be given exclusive call upon any player possessing potential major league caliber. The agreement becomes efective next spring.
