ir r h ;- J i [•-1 1 e g d l- e p 1 PLAN PUBLICITY DEPARTMENT LONDON, England, June 15.— A publicity department working under the foreign office ; will be established by the British govern- . ment as a means of disseminating informa- tion regarding international policy and to counteract misinterpretations abroad, Prime ; Minister Neville Chamberlain told the House I of Commons today. The office will be set t up in favor of a previously projected special [ ministry of information which would have ; had war-time censorship over all news and 1 information emanating from London. This 3 plan was dropped for the present, Chamber- . lain told the House, leaving the way open , for its possible establishment in the future , if conditions and the international situation j warrants such a step.
