BRITISH PLANE STRIKE LIVERPOOL, England, June 15.— Between 5,000 and 6,000 workers went on strike Tuesday night at the Roote secret aircraft factory here. The plant manufactures Royal Air Force planes. The strike was called after a dispute between the company and the Amalgamated Engineering Union over an order for an engine fitter to do the work of a galzier.
