Jimmy Mullaney, outrider at Fairmount Park and other tracks, is here from Collins- ville. Sixteen of the Calumet Farm horses were transferred Wednesday to Arlington Park, where they will be looked after by Dan Ma-et honey. Trainer F. J. Kearns is keeping eight of the Calumet thoroughbreds here un til the end of the Lincoln Fields meeting, and then they, too, will be sent to Arlington. Robert H. Shelley, racing secretary at Arlington Park, is due here Sunday from Winnipeg. He will open his offices at the North Side track some time next week. Jockey Robert Dotter left here Thursday for Arcadia, Calif., for a two weeks vacation with his parents. He will return to the saddle at Arlington Park. Jockey T. P. Martin checked in from Detroit and will ride here free lance. T. J. Parker registered Rich Cream and Swift Spot, which he brought here from Fairmount Park for Mrs. M. E. Parker. Dave Vititoe came in from North Randall with the only horse he has at this time, P. J. Lacostes Hereward. Edward Rice, agent for jockey Willie Garner, was called to his home in Centerville, Iowa, because of illness in his family.
