Special Ruling to Haskell CICERO, 111., May 6. — In a special ruling here at Sportsmans Park Tuesday afternoon, the stewards granted permission to jockey L. Haskell to ride for his contract employer only during the balance of the current meeting. Haskell is under contract to Clarence E. Davison.
